These Terms govern your use of the HKX Systems registration website and related pre-release materials for registration of the CLI Trading System (Pre-Release) (the “Site”), operated by HKX Systems, LLC (“we”, “us”).
These Terms apply only to the Site, associated marketing pages, and any pre-release or early-access materials expressly provided to you by us. They do not govern the use of any production software, CLI tools, APIs, downloads, or paid services, which will be subject to separate agreements.
By submitting your email, you agree to receive communications related to registration, verification, phased rollout or batch selection, and pre-release product updates. You may opt out at any time by replying to an email we send.
To operate registration fairly and measure marketing effectiveness, we may store basic data such as email address, timestamps, IP address, user agent, referrer, and UTM parameters.

If we grant you access to pre-release or early-access materials (including but not limited to beta builds, private documentation, private download links, roadmaps, or pricing information), those materials are considered confidential (“Confidential Information”).
You agree not to share, publish, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Confidential Information without our prior written permission.
Confidential Information does not include information that becomes publicly available through no fault of yours or information independently developed without reference to our materials.
The Site and all related content—including text, visuals, layouts, branding, and pre-release materials—are owned by HKX Systems, LLC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No license or rights are granted except as necessary to view and interact with the Site and any pre-release materials expressly provided to you.
The Site and all pre-release materials are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, stability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HKX Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any pre-release materials.
Support for the registration process and pre-release access is provided on a best-effort basis only. We do not guarantee response times or resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or pre-release materials shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site or continued access to or use of any pre-release materials after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
