Bring-your-own keys: you use your own API keys/accounts for any third-party services. Keys are not shared publicly, and you control what you connect. Integrations may vary by batch/version. This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party providers.

Why CLI?

HKX Trade CLI started as a personal tool. I wanted tighter control over my day-to-day trading workflow, and the terminal has always been my natural environment. After six months of live development and daily use, I can’t go back to trading any other way.

The snippets I’ve shared online sparked enough interest that I opened up licensing — but in limited quantities. This is not an unlimited distribution product. I consider it a real edge in my own setup.

The philosophy is simple:

Execution + Management in the terminal
Context + Community on the desktop app
Position(s) Overview on mobile

That division of roles reduces noise and makes trading sessions calmer and more intentional.

The platform includes dedicated applets for quotes, analytics, alerts, a proprietary top_4 view, and an East Coast market clock to keep everything aligned with session timing.
